Post Secondary Student Zone

The Sport Medicine Council of Alberta (SMCA) values education and recognizes its crucial role in helping individuals reach their full potential. Through the SMCA Post Secondary Level – Equivalency Achievement Program, students enrolled in physical education or kinesiology programs at post-secondary institutions can earn a Certificate of Achievement in Athletic Injury Management and Sport Taping & Strapping by completing recognized courses. These certificates remain valid for three years and are a valuable addition to your resume as you continue to develop your knowledge and skills.
