Territorial AcknowledgementThe Sport Medicine Council of Alberta recognizes and honors that the traditional territories of the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit span across this entire province. We deeply appreciate the diverse Indigenous histories, languages, ceremonies, and cultures that have shaped these lands for countless generations. We acknowledge the land as an act of reconciliation and express our gratitude to the Indigenous peoples, both past and present, for their enduring stewardship and connection to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting. |
