Non-Traumatic Brain Injury (nTBI):Caused by internal events or substances, such as strokes, aneurysms, brain tumours, infections, or lack of oxygen. |
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI):Caused by an external force, such as a blow, bump, or jolt to the head. Examples include falls, vehicle accidents, sports injuries, or assaults. |
